Rogersville City Park consists of forty-two acres of recreational facilities including: three pavilions, four lighted tennis courts, five small picnic shelters, multi-purpose field with stage, walking/jogging trail, playground, fishing (duck pond), outdoor basketball courts, horseshoe pits, six baseball/softball fields, public swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and a disc golf course. Parks and Recreation Building
Party room with kitchen and bathrooms available to rent for small events. Cost is $15/ hour (minimum of 3 hours) + refundable damage deposit. Not available on major holidays or when other events are scheduled. Must be reserved in advance.
City Park Pavilions
Three pavilions are available for rental on a daily basis from April-November at a cost of $50/day. Not available Heritage Days weekend or during the Fourth of July celebration. Must be reserved in advance.
City Park Stage Area
The Stage area can be reserved for special events and must be reserved in advance. Not available Heritage Days weekend or during the Fourth of July celebration. Call the Parks and Recreation office for availability and pricing.
The Rogersville City Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and operates daily through the start of school in August.
Daily General Admission Hours are Monday-Saturday 12pm-6pm; Sunday 1pm-6pm.
Daily Admission is $4; Seasonal punch cards are available at $75 for 30 visits.
Swimming Lessons are typically offered in two-week sessions. Please call the Parks and Recreation office to inquire about dates and registration information.
Private Rentals are scheduled most evenings throughout the summer from 7pm-9pm. Fees as of 2022 are:
- 50 people or less ($125 Rental Fee + 2 Lifeguards at $30 cash each; due the night of the rental)
- 51-75 people ($160 Rental Fee + 3 Lifeguards at $30 cash each; due the night of the rental)
- 76-100 people ($160 Rental Fee + 4 Lifeguards at $30 cash each; due the night of the rental)
- 101-150 people ($220 Rental Fee + 4 Lifeguards at $30 cash each; due the night of the rental)
- 150+ people (must receive approval from the Parks and Recreation Department)
